Whether you like them or just slightly accept them, stereoscopic 3D movies are here to stay. They continue to bring in huge audiences and top the box office, and animated filmmakers are increasingly moving beyond the gimmickry and exploring the artistic potential of stereofication. Here, we take a look – in no particular order.

1. How to Train Your Dragon 2

It's been five years since Hiccup and Toothless successfully united dragons and vikings on the island of Berk. It was much fascinating movie of this year got good rating in IMDB & Rottan Tomatos.

2. Captain America The Winter Soldeir

No 3D Movies list can be completed without this block buster. After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel's "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy--the Winter Soldier.

3. Transformers: Age of Extinction

It took them four films, but they finally made one worth of its weight. It's the best Transformers ever. A frequently stylish, heart-pounding and adrenaline-charged movie that will blow you away. Director, Michael Bay crafts another explosively exciting adventure that is nothing but a good time. A tremendously spectacular and unforgettable must-see action-adventure. A wickedly entertaining two and half hour roller-coaster ride from start to finish. It's smart, thrilling, suspenseful, utterly funny and loaded with non-stop eye-popping action. The special effects are amazing and some of the best Robot designs by far and finally an introduction to the Dinobots. This film just ignites the kid in all of us. An action-packed thrill-machine that just keeps better and better as it goes on. It's loaded with great characters, a soli story and a great sense of fun. Mark Wahlberg is terrific. Stanley Tucci is excellent. Kelsey Grammer is brilliant.

4. X-Men: Days of Future Past

X-Men: Days of Future Past succeeds at being a thrilling and fun superhero movie, balanced by well-earned dramatic weight. It imagines a near-future in which both mutants and humans have been decimated by deadly killing machines known as The Sentinels. In this nightmarish dystopia, Professor X and his “old friend” Magneto gather the most powerful surviving X-Men together for a last-ditch effort to stop the Sentinel war: altering the past so that it never happened in the first place. The film in the franchise, an attempt to take the entire six-film saga (and all of the notorious continuity errors that come with it) and soft-reboot it via a story that is both character drama and spectacle, meant to honor both the Original Trilogy and First Class halves of the franchise. Against all odds, Singer manages to deliver all of the above, resulting in the best X-Men movie to date, and a comic book movie that could (arguably) be placed in the company of the genre’s elite.

5. Rio 2

The 2014 sequel to the surprise hit of 2011 saw Blu and Jewel fleeing Rio with their three children in two, bound for the wild jungles of the Amazon. Brazilian director Carlos Saldanha and a team of top animators, led by Blue Sky Studios' senior animator Joseph Antonuccio, kept up the high standards set by the original. With great performances from Anne Hathaway and Jesse Eisenberg, it all added up to a colourful concoction of comical set-pieces that kept the whole family happy.

6. Maleficent

"Maleficent" explores the untold story of Disney's most iconic villain from the classic "Sleeping Beauty" and the elements of her betrayal that ultimately turn her pure heart to stone. Driven by revenge and a fierce desire to protect the moors over which she presides, Maleficent cruelly places an irrevocable curse upon the human king's newborn infant Aurora. As the child grows, Aurora is caught in the middle of the seething conflict between the forest kingdom she has grown to love and the human kingdom that holds her legacy. Maleficent realizes that Aurora may hold the key to peace in the land and is forced to take drastic actions that will change both worlds forever. (c) Walt Disney Pictures.

7. Guardians of the Galaxy

From Marvel, the studio that brought you the global blockbuster franchises of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and The Avengers, comes a new team--the Guardians of the Galaxy. An action-packed, epic space adventure, Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy," in theaters August 1, expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the entire universe. To evade the ever-persistent Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a quartet of disparate misfits--Rocket, a gun-toting raccoon; Groot, a tree-like humanoid; the deadly and enigmatic Gamora; and the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer. But when Quill discovers the true power of the orb and the menace it poses to the cosmos, he must do his best to rally his ragtag rivals for a last, desperate stand--with the galaxy's fate in the balance.

8. The LEGO Movie

An ordinary LEGO minifigure, mistakenly thought to be the extraordinary MasterBuilder, is recruited to join a quest to stop an evil LEGO tyrant from gluing the universe together. An amazing movie, it has charismatics characters, the story is well-told and very funny as well, the movie is worth to watch because besides being very exciting it is very funny too. I recommend for all people not only the children.

9. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Though all its glory comes from the effects work from behind a computer, the Michael Bay-esque Ninja Turtles are still a lot of fun. With exciting action sequences and great turtle banter, fans of the franchise should able to enjoy the film, as long as they go in with an open mind. Only then is the changed origin story and weak performances admissible. Everyone's favourite gang of reptilian martial arts masters are back fighting crime on the streets of New York in 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'.

10. 300: Rise of An Empire

Good Action/Bloody Film! We have here a film that focuses on another clan of Greek fighters battling against Xerxes' men, except this time it's on warships, so it's really '300 on the Sea'. The film is wall to wall action and you'll be enthralled. It's even more violent than the first. The bad thing is that the dialogue is really poor and the story not as riveting, engrossing and rousing as the first. Say what you like but there's a lot of wonderful points in the first that is what has made it a cult favorite. If anything the flaws of this highlight just what was best in the old one. The lead ain't no patch on Gerald Butler and is outshone by Eva Green as the temptress Persian battle queen. In fairness to our new lead, he is purposely more human than the old King Leonidas, and is a great warrior without the Spartan attitude. Yet that misses out what was quite a strong point of the previous film. For me as a fan of the original, it was fair enough but not in the same league as the first.
