List of grocery stores closing due to hurricane

Multiple major grocery and big box stores in the WRAL viewing area have closed locations due to Hurricane Florence.

Stores with announced closures include Walmart, Target, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Aldi, Carlie C's, Publix, Lidl and more.

Towns affected include Apex, Carrboro, Sanford, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Greenville, Fayetteville, Goldsboro and many more.

Keep in mind that these lists of closures will change as the storm progresses. Check back on their websites to check when the stores will reopen. If you hear of other grocery store closures in the area, please post the information in the Comments section.

Aldi

ALL the Carlie C's stores will be closed on Friday, 9/14 due to Hurricane Florence. See the announcement on their Facebook page.

Publix announced that multiple stores in the Triangle will be closing at 5 pm on Friday, September 18 including:
