Want to create a small database for your home budget or for your small business. You can arrange your complicated data in simple form for further usage and to maintain a record for the further use in future. In the current era data is very important for everyone weather it is in the raw form or in arranged form. But this is important to keep it in the arrange form so that it can be used for future. The data can be kept as an important record or proof. 
You can simply use MS-Office for making and maintaining database.                                         
Click to the office button and select the command of new from the list box.

A new pane will appear in the right bottom of the screen. Enter the name of your database and click to the create button.

Adding text-box numbers in the form depends on the number of fields in the database. For example: 
                If you have a field OF Name in the database then you must have a Text-box of the Names in the form.
Lets have a look on the creation of the forms which will work on the front end of the database.
Open a new database or a previous one.
Move to the option of create and select create option.
A new pane will appear and the select the option of form from the tool bar. A by default form according to your database will appear you can easily use that form or you can design your own form by selecting the option of Form design. This will help a user to deal with the criticalness of the database.
